The CORCC - Hawaii began over 20 years ago in February of 1980 by Dr. Wayne E. Anderson. Throughout his ministry, Dr. Anderson has boldly delivered the uncompromising message of God, proclaiming the good news that "You Have A Right To Be Free!"

The City of Refuge Christian Church is a church that embraces and reflects a varied ethnic makeup of the surrounding communities to which it ministers. The motto of The City of Refuge Christian Church-Hawaii is "We Have A Vision!" This motto is united by a 20 point vision that Dr. Anderson encourages every member to grasp.
