Our mission is to make disciples of all people. We are a church that embraces people from every ethnic group, culture and background. We encourage each person to worship and serve God in the freedom and liberty of God’s Spirit.

We Believe

We Believe the Bible is the “Inspired Word of God”.

(2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21)

We Believe There is One God; Eternally Existent in Three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost.

(Genesis 1:26, Matthew 3:16-17, 1 Timothy 3:16; 1 John 5:7)

We Believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: In His Virgin Birth, His Sinless Life, His Miracles, His Vicarious and Atoning Death, His Bodily Resurrection and Ascension to the Right Hand of the Father and in His Personal Return to this Earth in Power and Glory.

We Believe That Salvation is a Commitment of a Person’s Life to the Authority of God the Father by Receiving and Recognizing Jesus as the Son of God and Personal Savior and That Regeneration by the Holy Ghost is Absolutely Essential for Personal Salvation.

We Believe in Water Baptism by Immersion.

(Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12, Acts 2:38, 8:36-39)

We Believe in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost with the Initial Evidence of Speaking with Tongues.

We Believe That a Person Who Becomes a Believer No Longer Pursues the Appetites of the World: and We Believe in the Sanctifying Power of the Holy Ghost By Whose Indwelling the Christian is Enabled to Live a Holy Life.

We Believe in Divine Healing Through the Redemptive Work of Christ on the Cross.

We Believe in the Resurrection of Both the Saved and the Lost; the One to Everlasting Life and the Other to Everlasting Damnation.

(Daniel 12:2, John 5:29, Acts 24:15)

We Believe God Creates Every Person Male or Female. God Wonderfully and Intentionally Creates Each Person as Male or Female, and These Two Complementary Genders Fully Reflect the Image and Nature of God. Rejecting One’s Biological Sex is a Rejection of God’s Design and Purpose.

We Believe Marriage Is Between One Man and One Woman. Marriage is a Sacred Covenant Designed by God Between one Man and One Woman in an Exclusive, Lifelong Union. Sexual Intimacy is Reserved Only for Biblical Marriage, and All Sexual Activity Outside of this Covenant is Contrary to God’s Will.

We Believe in God’s Redemption and Showing Christlike Love to All. God Extends Forgiveness, Redemption, and Restoration to All Who Confess and Turn From Sin Through Jesus Christ. Every Person, Regardless of Their Struggles, Should Be Treated with Compassion, Love, Kindness, Dignity, and Respect. Hateful or Harassing Behavior is Never Consistent with Scripture or the Heart of CORCC.
